Ven\u00eda de una vida urbana y estaba acabando de estudiar la carrera de Sociolog\u00eda (s\u00ed, mi mundo quedaba muy lejos de la ruralidad&#8230;).\u00a0<\/p><p>Aterric\u00e9 en la paradis\u00edaca isla de Menorca para trabajar un verano&#8230; y ah\u00ed me qued\u00e9 durante 7 a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07bea25 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"07bea25\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9cf098 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b9cf098\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33aadd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"33aadd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">En el campo encontr\u00e9 mi sitio<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e900872 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e900872\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Viviendo en Menorca, entre campos y reba\u00f1os de vacas, tuve claro que yo a la ciudad no volv\u00eda: hab\u00eda descubierto la\u00a0<b>vida de campo<\/b>\u00a0y sent\u00ed claramente que aquel era mi sitio. Adi\u00f3s asfalto, ruido y luces permanentes: hasta nunca.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Me enamor\u00e9 de las ovejas<\/b>\u00a0y mont\u00e9 mi peque\u00f1o reba\u00f1o. Pronto vi que aquello sal\u00eda caro, as\u00ed que\u00a0<b>empec\u00e9 a orde\u00f1ar y a \u00abhacer queso\u00bb<\/b>\u00a0para poder mantener el reba\u00f1o. Lo de \u00abhacer queso\u00bb va entrecomillado porqu\u00e9 aquel primer a\u00f1o, perdida c\u00f3mo iba,\u00a0un 90% de las elaboraciones me sal\u00edan fatal, para tirar.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ahora lo veo en perspectiva y pienso&#8230; \u00ab\u00a1Pues claro! \u00a1Es que no sab\u00eda nada de nada!\u00bb<\/p><p>En fin, resumiendo: despu\u00e9s de tirar tiempo, dinero y salud mental a lo loco por la borda, empec\u00e9 en 2.012 una<b>\u00a0primera formaci\u00f3n en queser\u00eda<\/b>. Viajaba una vez por semana a Barcelona para asistir. Una locura, pero la formaci\u00f3n que encontr\u00e9 online era p\u00e9sima (cursos con un mont\u00f3n de temario que, a parte de darme ganas de dormir, de poco m\u00e1s me sirvieron).<\/p><p>Empec\u00e9 a ver la luz (aunque analiz\u00e1ndolo ahora a\u00fan iba en pa\u00f1ales&#8230;) y entend\u00ed el por qu\u00e9 de muuuchas cosas (muchos desastres) que me pasaban (de por qu\u00e9 no me sal\u00edan los quesos, vaya).\u00a0<\/p><p>A partir de aqu\u00ed\u00a0<b>me continu\u00e9 formando<\/b>\u00a0en varias escuelas, cursos muy generales, otros muy espec\u00edficos, me especialic\u00e9 en queser\u00eda artesanal y en algunos tipos de elaboraci\u00f3n de queso&#8230; Y paralelamente aprend\u00ed de la <b>pr\u00e1ctica y m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica<\/b>. Varios de mis quesos han sido premiados en concursos nacionales e internacionales.<strong> Algo que, cuando estaba empezando, me\u00a0 parec\u00eda un sue\u00f1o lejano y casi imposible.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Si est\u00e1s en este mundo ya lo sabr\u00e1s (y si no qui\u00e9n avisa no es traidor&#8230;): <strong>el mundo de la queser\u00eda es m\u00e1s bien un universo infinito<\/strong>, precioso a la vez que tempestuoso en ocasiones, pero sobre todo un reto constante, en el cu\u00e1l cuanto m\u00e1s sabes m\u00e1s tienes claro lo mucho
